Gloria has thirty years of experience in education. She has a bachelor’s degree in History, minoring in Social Studies and Education, and also holds a degree in Child Care Administration. She has taught all age levels in private, church-based, and public education. She loves creating lesson plans and teaching for retention, using a variety of techniques to engage the students in the learning process. She created five summer curriculum programs for a church-based school program. Gloria loves to read, serves as a Bible study leader in an ecumenical women’s group, and relaxes by landscaping and cooking for special events. As a widow, she raised three daughters in a Godcentered home and believes strongly in a Christian environment for children. She is also enjoying being a grandmother for the first time.
